Instructions:

1. Press the ON/OFF button to activate the Appetito Digital Instant Read Thermometer.

2. Press the second button to choose F° or C° reading options.

3. Insert probe into food or liquid. Try to position the probe as deep as possible to the middle of the food/liquid, and within seconds it tells you the exact temperature inside.

4. Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the thermometer.

Do not put into a hot oven or microwave.
